Standard Return Policy
All returns must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s).
To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unopened, unused, unaltered, free of any damages, and in sale-able condition.
If an item does not meet these criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
All skincare products and linen products are final sale, and returns will not be accepted.
If items are accepted for return, the customer will receive a store credit note equivalent to the product value, excluding shipping costs. We do not provide cash refunds.
Items purchased with a store credit note are not eligible for subsequent returns, and sales will be considered final.
Return Instructions
For items eligible for return, please submit a request at shop@basagoods.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s).
Once approved, items must be returned to the store located at 48 MacTaggart Road, #05-02 MAE Building, Singapore 368088, within 7 business days of approval at the customer’s expense. If the items are not returned to the store within this period, the request will be denied and store credit will not be provided.
Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning.
Please allow 7-10 business days for all returns to be processed before a store credit note is issued.
Exchange Instructions
For damaged or defective items, please contact us so that we may arrange a replacement. Should you require a different size or colour of an item you have received, please return your order following the instructions noted above and place a new order for your desired item in-store or at basagoods.com.
