Any robot or other automatic device or software connected to the services is prohibited. If we reasonably determine that any order or attempted order was made by or through use of any robot or other automatic device or software, we have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to deny or cancel any such order, to refuse to accept any returns or offer refunds.

Once an order has been placed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified or cancelled. 

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices include sales tax (prevailing GST rates) where applicable, but do not include delivery costs, or duties, all of which you agree to pay upon ordering.

Shipping Rates are non-refundable.

Singapore Orders

For orders below SGD 600.00, shipping costs determined by volumetric weight will be added at checkout. For orders SGD 600.00 and above, shipping is free. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Store pickups or in-store purchase is available at our retail space located at 171 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427442.

For pre-order items, the item descriptions will indicate the earliest store pickup and ship-out dates.

International Orders

We do not currently offer international delivery on the website. However, if you are located outside of Singapore but within Southeast Asia, please contact us directly at shop@basagoods.com.
