Standard Return Policy

All returns must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, clean, unopened and in sale-able condition.

The item must be new, unopened, unaltered and free of any damages.

If an item does not meet this criteria, it will be denied and sent back to the customer at their expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

All Special Collaboration Items and Aesop Skincare products are final sale, no exceptions. 

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 15% of the products’ retail value(s) will be applied to all Singapore returns and/or exchanges.

Return Instructions

For items eligible for return, please submit a request at shop@basagoods.com within 7 business days of receiving the item(s). 

Once approved, items must be returned to the store located at 171 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427442, within 7 business days of approval at your expense. If the items are not returned to the store within this period, the request will be automatically denied and the order will not be refunded.

Please pack all items you are returning and include your original packing slip, noting the items you are returning. 

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for all returns to be processed.

Refunds

You will receive an email notification once we have issued your refund. 

Once we issue your refund, please allow 10 - 14 business days for this to appear in your bank statement.

All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment if purchase was made via basagoods.com or via bank transfer if made in-store.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Instructions

We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. Should you require a different size or colour of an item you have received, please return your order following the instructions noted above and place a new order for your desired item in-store or at basagoods.com.
